Huai Tian and I were practsing jumping and I jumped MANY MANY times... till my knee was so pain... :/ so I rubbed deep HEAT. and stopped jumping and did taught May shuttle run HAHA. (shuttle run is my 2nd worst btw) :p Crystal joined. Huijuan laughed. haha.
my leggs were nimble and overstretched... gahh. they were like... flaccid. haha.

shuttle run was a surprise as I have never gotten an A grade. probably the teacher... :p
