WE started baking at around 4pm! First, we got all the machines ready! And we started to grind the digestive biscuits! The digestive biscuits were so tasty!!! (I think I still have some in my refrigerator!!!) KRISTEL KEPT EATING AND EATING... a real piggy. Our first attempt of grinding the biscuits were a failure as we didn't cap the girnder properly... so, all the crumbs flew out... :/ Fortunately, the subsequent tries were well done! :D
After grinding the biscuits and making the biscuity layer, we left it in the freezer to freeze and harden. Next, we plopped the block of cream cheese and some peach syrup (cause we decided to use peaches as the fruit!) into a big bowl. And we made gelatin! We waited too long for my mum to try to get the nestle cream (anyway, we didn't manage to get it in the end) and despite my constant efforts of stirring the gelatin to make it gluey, it hardened. -_-
We mixed the whole mixture in the big bowl using the something like an electronic egg beater, I could say... haha. REALLY FUN!!! Plus, slowly extracting out the small pieces of gelatin which could not be mixed as it was hardened... :p
We watched TV while waiting for the cake to harden and then 30 minutes later, we added a jelly coating on the top. The jelly had strawberry flavour and that equated to a peach-straberry cheesecake!!! YUMMY! Yep, and we decorated the cake with MANY PEACHES!!! WHOOTS! :D SO FUN!
We went out for dinner!
Came home to re-visit our cakey!!!! It LOOKED AWESOME! GREAT! SO WONDERFUL! Oh mann... it was so yummy!!! Much more yummy than our dinner... (:
