Day two: BEACH! was first... My family had breakfast in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was GREAT! haha. Then, headed to the beach. The beach, really, wasn't very spectacular. But... we still, had lots of fun! Daddy bought 2 seats under the umbrella. :) Mummy sat there and my sister and I went to swim in the SEA! WHOOTS! Finally! Swam after a long long time!!! :D YAY! :) The sea was really salty... hehe. Sis and I picked seashells while we were swimming in the sea. :p :) There were many like people (sellers?) walking along the beach, trying to sell their stuff. Eg: Tatoos, food stuff, massage services, etc. Mummy, Kristel and I did manicure and pedicure! Daddy did some oil massage! REALLY COOL! And I painted my nails GREEN and toenails PURPLE! :D (and now they are fadding :/) We spent about 3 hours at the beach and later back to the hotel which was just a walking distance. :) We took a taxi to a GO-CARTING area after lunch! By the way, the taxi is really COOL! It's like a you just hop-on taxi. And you only pay 10 Baht, which is like 40 cents? HAHA. :D Go-carting was real fun as well. Later, we went to a shopping centre named, Central Festival. Ate dinner there. At a JAPANESE restaurent which food was REAL nice and CHEAP! :P
Day three: THAI COOKING was on our list! Yep, we went to Happy Home Thai Cooking school for Thai cooking lessons! :) It was an experience! A wonderful one! :D My sis got some chilli in her eyes. (cause she rubbed her eyes after cutting chilli), and cried... :( but she was okay after that. First dish was GREEN CURRY. :) Second was CASHEW NUT WITH CHICKEN :) and the Third was (a desert), PAPAYA SALAD. Next, RUBY CHESNUTS. And last was MANGO WITH STICKY RICE! :D YUMMY... :p I LOVE TO COOK! :) Everyone was so FULL and BLOATED after this cooking session as we got to eat and rather try our own cooking after each dish. :p So, imgine how much we ate??? A chauffer drove us to some shopping centre which I forgot it's name) and we went to RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT. The tickets were really expensive... :/ There were 4 stations. The musuem, some 4D stimulated ride, Haunted house and an Infinity maze. Daddy and I bought tickets for all (comes in a package) and mummy and Kristel bought tickets for 2. The 4D ride and the musuem. In the end, I did not dare to go into the hauted house. Yeah, I chickened out.... :/
Day four: BYE PATTAYA! :( We left Pattaya for Bangkok at 10am. A driver came to pick us up. 2 hours car journey to Bangkok. The traffic was ... DENSE, reallly DENSE. You could wait at a traffic light for 20 min!!! Reached hotel (Bayoike Boutique) next to the tallest tower in Thailand :) Hotel room was smaller, so we had 2 hotel rooms. I shared the room with my sis. After all the unpacking, we went fro LUNCH at MACS! :) The food at Thailand's MACS was slightly cheaper than in Singapore. :) Then we went to walk around, no I mean SHOP! Pratinum market first. Nothing much. As the fashion was not really my type. WE headed to Platinum fashion mall. OH MANN! There were like 6 levels, full of shops at every corner and turn!!! I didn't buy a lot of things, only a pair of shorts, which my mum changed the size and took it in the end. So... nothing that day.
Day five: MORE SHOPPING! There were A LOT of small shops nearby my hotel. WOAH, that was my favourite place to shop mann! But it was really crowded. And quite impossible to go back to the shop again. Every turn, a new discovery! :p HAHA. Bought 3 pairs of coloured shorts! A dress! and can't remember... :p but MORE! OH YES BAGS at Platinum!!!
Day six: Went to Chatuchap market, supposedely a weekend market, but we heard a few shops were open on a Friday. Wasn't very nice to me... nothing much to buy, probably because it was a Friday... :p Bought some food stuff and art-and-crafts. Went to a shopping mall nearby for lunch at AJISEN! :) And bought a pair of shoes there! :) We took a taxi to Chinatown. I didn't see anything much but FOOD STUFF which my mum needed to buy some... hehe. :p Then, back to the hotel. :) and my sis and I watched a lot of TV in the hotel room :/
Day seven: My last day... Went to Ma Boon Kong (MBK). It is a shopping centre :) Bought MORE food stuff etc... But, not very interesting. So after lunch at BURGER KING, we went back to our hotel area to shop again!!! :D We did our last bit of shopping... :( BOught a jacket and another dress... etc. Then, off to the airport! (Kristel and I were both very sad that we had to miss church!!!) So, we had our own 'church' more like worship, in the taxi and PLANE! AHHA! Yep, we were singing the whole journey. :) Ate our dinner at the airport HOTDOGS! :D
The PLANE journey, suprisingly, was GREAT! I didn't, at all get air sick this time! Probably due to all my sister's entertainment... :p hahaha!!! :) The plane, however, was a little scary when it suddenly went DIPPED. OH mann. I flew a little off my seat!!! HAHA but it was fun. like a roller coaster. :p hahaha.
So happy to be in Singapore! :D
But... miss the shopping in Bangkok and all the cheap pirces... :p HAHA :)
