First day: We arrived at Hong Kong at around 4.30pm. Then we took a ferry to Macau, then we reached there at around... 6.45pm. By then, the sky was already very dark -- cos it was winter season. I really hated the plane and ferry journies! =( I got motion sickness and vomited in the plane and ferry... bleh! It was terrible. Soon, we reached our hotel, Royal Hotel in Macau. The weather was really cool. Aircon temperature! =) ( I miss the weather now...) I felt really sick and rested on bed to watch television programmes! Hahax. Later, my dad and mum went out to buy beef noodles for my sister and I, who were in the hotel room then. I LOVED THE BEEF NOODLES! =)
Second day: WE WENT TO ZHU HAI!!! Shopping! OKay, we shopped the whole day! It was FUN! VERY FUN! hahax, that was the day that we bought the most things... =) We walked around zhu hai... after passing the immigration. All together, I bought like a white belt, addias jacket and track pants, 4 tshirts, a black shiny purse, and my family took NEOPRINTS! Hahax :) It was really different from Singapore's. THere was no timing, no pen to design, you pull curtains as your back ground, you could choose if you wanted hard or soft type. So, we took a few, and it was like S$2. (for like 10 only) We chose hard type and we could even re-take if it wasn't nice! Hahax! =) We ate in a Hong Kong restaurent for lunch, and KFC for tea (drinks), and some little stalls for dinner (really cheap -- S$1.30 for a meal! Hahax! :) We went back to our hotel at like 10pm by taxi.
Third day: That day was our last day in Macau. So we walked around the streets of Macau. There were many houses along the streets that were quite old and run down. But, there were also the contrast of those. Then, we bought some almond cookies to bring back to give friends. We went to a 'burnt-diwn church'. It was quite nice, it had only the front (entrance) left. It looked grand. Later, we walked down further, there were many shops, including Macs! There was even a shop name Mirabell! (Erina... its yours) Hahax... We walked back to the hotel after lunch (beef noodles again) :) , and we checked out. Then, we took a taxi to the ferry terminal and took a ferry to Hong Kong. I was really afarid of the ferry journey. I didn't want to puke again! So I slept almost the whole journey! :) But, the ferry was really smooth. According to my sister, it only started to rock, when I was asleep... PHEW! =) Soon, we reached Hong Kong. I was really hoping to meet Alicia Ho there! But, that day, she was on her way to Shen Zhen.... OH NO! :( My family walked all the way to our apartment, Citadines, with our luggage. the apartment was quite mordern, but feels small. There was a bed and a sofa bed. thus, my parents took turns with my sister and I to sleep on the 'real' bed! :) Later, we went to walk around the streets of Hong Kong. It was really busy and crowded like everywhere! There were so many lights... we went to the Avenue of stars. That was where many Hong Kong actors and actresses (stars), film their shows. Thus, there were like their hand prints beside their names on the ground. I was looking for Charmaine Sheh's... But... it wasn't there... AW!!! :( We stayed longer to watch the Symphony Of Lights. It was beautiful! the lights from all the buildings around us, twinkled and shone together with the music! It was very nice! Then, we walked slowly to where we stayed.
Fourth day: We went to the Space musuem. It was quite okay... It was mainly about Astronomy. There were some activities like moon walk (the feeling of walking on the moon), gliding in the sky, picking rocks with a clamper, and some weird space missions and stuff... My sister went for all of them. but, I went for only the rock clamping thing and the moon walk. Later, my dad's Hong Kong friend friend arrange to meet us outside the musuem. He drove us to a restaurent where his wife and baby son was waiting. His mane was Calvin, his wife, Melody, and his cute little son is called, Henry (HinHin). Henry was SO ADORABLE! =) hahax. After eating, they brought us to Victoria peak. That is where many actresses and actors live and hang around. Again, I was looking for CHARMAINE SHEH! but, I didn't find her... der... impossible lorh. The scenery at Victoria peak was amazingly beautiful. It was actually a mountain. :) Later, they drove us to Mong Kok, where they lived, to have tea in a typical teahouse. I ate wonton noodles and ice lemon tea. then we walkedaround in the night market. There, we bought a few stuff like some cute stuff to paste on windows. And I bought a tshirt, my sister bought 3. then, they drove us back to our apartment. Later, we went to walk around the streets and then back to sleep.
Fifth day: OCEAN PARK! Yep, we went to a theme park called Ocean Park. It was on a hill. Thus, it was quite cooling. First, my dad and I went to a ride called Space wheel. It was a ride at high speed, which would turn round and round, and also upside down! SO FUN! My sister didn't want to go... she was scared... :x Later, we went up the escalater for show. It was a dolphin show! the dolphins were so pretty! :) then after the show, my sister and I went for another ride, called Eagles. It was something which woud spin you around in your carriages (not the typical type) , it was quite fun! We went for that 3 times! =) we also wanted to go to the flying swing, but it was under repair... =( So after eating sandwiches for lunch, we went to the carousel. The theme park closes at 6pm. So we went out at around 5.20pm to avoid the crowd. Then, we went took a MTR (MRT in Singapore) to Mong Kok, and shopped more. We bought some more stuff in the night market (my dad and mum).
Sixth day: TO HONG KONG DISNEY LAND! Yeah, we went to Hong Kong Disney Land! We took a MTR with our luggage there. As we stayed in a Hotel in disney land, called, Hollywood hotel. the hotel room was nice. Disney-like mann!! Hahax! :) We watched disney channel for a while and then we headed off to Disney land. we reached there about 12 noon or so. there were 3 lands. Fantasy land, Tomorrow land and Adventure land. First, we went to Fantasy land. we watched the Golden Mickey show. It was really nice. The dancers were all so flexible! =) Later, my familt sat at the Winnie The Pooh ride... hahaha... it was like a story ride. the ride depended on the story for effects... quite interesting. :) Later, we went to the Mad Hatters Tea Cup. It was a spinning tea cup. My sister and I had great fun! :) Later, we went for more rides like the carousel again and we also took some photos. Later, we went its a small world. It was quite cute. THere were many little 'children' from different countries. We sat in like a boat and toured around the place. Quite enjoyable. :) then, we headed to Adventure land! we walked around... quite boring -- not many stuff to do there. So, we sat a river cruise -- a ride actually. THen, we went to Tomorrow land! MY FAVOURITE! First we went to Space Mountain -- the Roller Coaster I had always been wanting to go! Alicia choo told me that it was the 'scariest' ride there... so I wanted to go! =) I went with my dad the first time. I was quite scared initially, but after a while, I felt that the ride wasn't scary at all! The next 2 times, I went with my sister. She had FUN too! =) Then, we went to buzz light year ride. It was a ride in which you have to shoot all the villians in your carriage. I sat with my sis, and my parents sat together. they beat us in their score! Hahax... we sat that ride twice, and then we went to the UFO ride and a show called stitch encounter (in which you can comunicate with Stitch on a screen) -- so cool! After that, we went to Art of Animation and learnt how to draw Mickey Mouse... So fun lorh! :) Then after that, we watched the Amazing FIREWORKS! It was really very nice... it was also colourful! It was like one of the best ones I had ever seen. Then after that, we took a train to Tung Chung to eat MACS!!! YAY!!!!!!!! :) My ever dreaming type of food! :) the macs there was cheaper than in Singapore... suprisingly. :) I ate cheese burger with apple pie and coke. Quite a lot.. hehe -- hey we ate at 8 plus leh! Then after walking aroung at Citygate, we took a train back to Disney land -- our hotel. WE watched TV and I fell asleep.
Seventh day: we went back to disney land for the last time. We took multiple pictures with the disney characters like Belle, Aurora, Stitch, etc. Then, we sat Space mountain twice again! :) And also, we sat Autopia (in which you drive a car around using a track)-- FUN! Later, we went to Fantasy Garden to snap some more shots with Disney Characcters like Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Winnie the pooh, goofy and donald... they were all SO CUTE!!! Hahax. then we went back to our hotel room to check out. At the airport, my dad bought 2 pairs of earrings for my sis and I (disney type) -- hahax. Then, the plane journey! Luckily I didn't vomit... hahax. Cos... Lee Kuan Yew was in the same plane as me! Hahax... serious! Hahax, thus the plane journey I suppose was smoother. I watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua and 2 carttons in the plane! THE END!
