Goldstar test!

I passed my Goldstar National swimming test! YAY!!! I am like so happy... I feel accomplished... I was really pessimistic at first cause I kept thinking and having the thought that I would fail the test... I even dreamt that I failed!!! :( I went to Tao Payoh swimming complex for my Goldstar test... (last test) The first item was cancelled due to a waterpolo game... YES! It was jumping that was cancelled! :) So it became that the first item for us was the pyjamas! We had to swim 100m, wearing our heavy pyjamas, and swim within 2.30min... That was my very worst segment! :( I could fil that segment very easily! :p (oh ya, and I forgot to mentioned... there were like around 10 people in my wave taking the Goldstar swimming test... and my cousin (fang fang) and I were the only girls! So scary lorh... intimidating... Yep and the first segment was really tough... I managed to pass by 2 secs, PHEW! I thought I failed... But, my cousin wasn't so fortunate... She didn't make it... It was really sad... I felt very sad too... To fang: Fang, don't be too sad okay? Yu must stand up on your own feet and face failure okay? Whether you choose to take goldstar again or not, I'll still support you ya? LOVE YOU LOTS! Don't be discouraged... you can do it still!!! Jiayou!
Okay, the second segment was life jacket thing. We had to jump into the water and the examiner will throw a life jacket to us into the water and we have to put it on and be in a held position. Then swim 50m and take it out. Next was to swim 1500m. That means 30 laps... - 10 laps backstroke, 10 laps side strko and 10 laps front stroke (freestyle or breaststroke) within 45 min. I came in second for that... :) It was indeed a great achievement for me... but sorry fang fang... :(
