Swimming lessons today...

It was terrible. I kind of cried at the end of the lesson and when I went to bathe, I cried like xiao. It was so painful. I cried, more because I am angry! He asked if I felt the pain and the stetch when he did some painful stretching for everyone. I said not exactly. Thus, he stetched me even more. Okay, I did not enjot the lesson due to the last part, THIS PART!!! Okay, the story went like this... First, he pulled my hands back very high, and made me hang down from the decking (wooden) and he told me to stamd! WHICH WAS SO IMPOSSIBLE!!! I tried and my attempt led me to having leg cramps in my calf! OUCH!!! My chin was so pain too!!! :( Then I said that it was very painful and he kind of pulled me down and pulled my arms (yeah) in the water alone without support. He instructed Sarah to push my back down. It wasn't actually painful but my leg cramps were. I kind of sreamed a little. He kept moving me and soon, I realised that he was kind of going to knock me on the wooden wall surface! Oh resisted. But he was so strong! He often handled boys you see... So I failed, all my attempts were to no avail... sadly. He kind of banged my head on the wood, and it was very rough. There was a nail and a few short splinters there. I did scream very softly, thus he could not hear... He continued, and my leg began to cramp even more... it was so painful! Instead of training my arm muscles, making them che orstuff like that, he mae my legS cramp and now, I still feel the pain. I have some small srcatches on my lips, (around there) it was bleeding a little then. I am so pised at him today... At the end of the lesson, I told him, "do you know that it was very painful? My whole face scratched on the wood!" His reply was," Good!" OMG I was fuming mad!!! So sadistic, yeah, he is like that sometimes... not on purpose actually but I hated his tone at that point of time. Tears rolled down my eyes and they became slightly red. I could not take it any longer...
